Moroccan Commercial Code
The Moroccan Commercial Code, enacted by Dahir No. 1-96-83 of 15 Rabii I 1417 (August 1, 1996), establishes the legal framework governing commercial activity in Morocco. This consolidated version incorporates all amendments through December 19, 2019, including Law No. 21-18 on movable securities and Law No. 73-17 on business insolvency proceedings.
